Why we built this

As I’ve explored climate tech over the past year, too often I’ve found myself scrolling through job boards full of postings that are only open to the U.S. or Europe. With this experience in mind, I started sharing hand-picked postings in the newsletter a few months back and they have consistently been some of the most engaged with content.

Based on this interest, CTC is expanding to offer a home for high-signal, climate-focused job openings specifically for Canadian talent.
